Greetings all! I am very excited to be a part of Evolve Body Work and Wellness. I have been a licensed massage therapist for the past year after graduating from the Seacoast Career School’s 900-hour massage program. I enjoy providing treatment oriented massage and will work with you to rediscover a healthier life.
I offer relaxing Swedish Massage, Reiki, Kinetic Chain Release, and Therapeutic Deep Tissue. My focus is on deep tissue, using stretching, and slow, thoughtful, deep pressure to safely release muscles and help bring your body back into balance. There is nothing better than seeing a client get off the table feeling confident, present, and happy to be in their own body after receiving massage therapy. I absolute LOVE what I do. I studied deep tissue massage and polarity therapy at Spa Tech and I have been licensed since April of 2009. Practicing full time since, I enjoy doing focused therapeutic work to relieve your tension, pain and help your body heal. I offer therapeutic & holistic massage for a range of physical & emotional conditions from tendinitis or carpel tunnel to headaches, TMJ, and various forms of chronic or acute physical & emotional pain.
